I have some inexpensive jewelry (Mom’s) and I would like to give to someone that would enjoy it. Any ideas?

this jewelry is old, mostly long-chain necklaces and pins. A lot of owl jewelry. I was thinking that some nursing home might be interested but I’m not sure if that would allowed. Sure would appreciate some ideas. Thanks
